| As a Life Leadership coach, I've noticed an | | | | would have been out of integrity with what I've |

| toward the big decisions in life, that we can so | | | | Don't get me wrong: the above examples are not |
| easily miss the countless small decisions that truly | | | | to indicate that I, or anyone, has this conscious |
| make up the majority of our life experience and | | | | decision-making process down pat. In the |
| success, or lack thereof! | | | | moment, I definitely had some back and forthing |
| Think about it. From the time you got up today | | | | in my mind, and our minds are so fantastic that it |
| to the moment you chose to stop and read this | | | | all happened in about a millisecond. And when I'm |
| article, you've been a decision-making machine. An | | | | not on my toes, there are plenty of times that I |

| leaving it for later | | | | deciding might be my values, but it might also be |
| - To share the awesome quote on the end of | | | | a sense of fear, lack, insecurity, or some other |
| my tea bag instead of thinking, "Oh, that's nice," | | | | shadowy side of my inner self! |
| and tossing it in the trash | | | | Now, imagine a whole day of conscious |
| - To come back out to my office instead of | | | | decisions...walking the stairs vs. taking the elevator, |
| finding something to do inside our house | | | | calling that colleague instead of emailing, stopping |
| - To continue writing this article instead of | | | | to hug a significant other instead of rushing by to |
| checking my email for the 95th time today | | | | do the next thing on the list, cooking a quick, |
| So, what's the big deal about little decisions? | | | | healthy meal instead of ordering pizza (again), |
| When you are conscious about the myriad small | | | | choosing calmness amidst a traffic jam, flossing |
| decisions made throughout your day, and you can | | | | instead of telling yourself you "don't have time," |
| choose, with intention, to make many small | | | | etc. There are countless tiny decisions we make |
| decisions that honor your values, vision and goals, | | | | every day, and every single one of them is a |
| you will be taking full responsibility for actively | | | | golden opportunity to recommit, and recommit, |
| creating the life that you want! | | | | and recommit again to what we value the most |
| For example, let's look at how seemingly small | | | | and what we truly desire in our lives. |
